Thanks to Sarah at SLS Exercise who has now confirmed the date for the charity exercise class at Rotherham Leisure Centre.
The class/classes will be on the 2nd July running from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, Sarah will probably be doing both a Zumba class and body combat.
You can even do the class in fancy dress if you want :)

Hi guys, the classes will be Body Combat 2.45pm - 3.45pm and Zumba 4.00 - 4.45pm. There will be a raffle and Fancy dress for the classes is very much encouraged. Pay an extra £2 to wear your best Fancy Dress. Come along and have some fun!
