Oscar's Mummy and some friends will be running in the Sheffield Half Marathon on the 12th April 2015.
Everyone is busy training hard.
Mummy is on a mission to regain her fitness and lose weight, she actually ran the half marathon a few years before Oscar was born.
So far she has lost an amazing 9 stone and with 13 weeks to go to the big day she hopes to lose even more.
You can show your support for Team Oscar by donating at www.gogetfunding.com/project/team-oscar
Thanks to everyone who is running for Oscar.
GO TEAM OSCAR !!!!!!!!!!
Therapy for Oscar
Oscar is a very bright 6 year old, when he was born there were complications which starved him of oxygen. This affected his brain and has left him with cerebral palsy, he has the rarest type. There is a clinic in London called the Bobath Centre (www.bobath.org.uk) which specialises in treating children like Oscar. Please help us to raise funds for Oscar to get the therapy to allow him to grow and develop to have a full and happy life.

Update news
Hi everyone,
First of all let us apologies for our lack of updates. Our facebook page is the best place to go for the latest updates on our fundraising events just go to www.facebook.com/therapyforoscar and like the page.
Anyway the update.
Oscar is doing well and has now turned 5 years old and attends a mainstream school which he absolutely loves going to.
Christmas was a busy time for our fundraising with Oscar's mummy taking her beautiful handmade craft items to many local craft fairs.
We met lots if lovely people and raised some more money for Oscar's therapy and equipment. Some of the vents we attended didn't do as well as previous years, it seems times are hard for everyone these days but we will continue to work hard and with your help we will get Oscar the help he deserves and needs.

A huge thanks to Wayne who recently completed a gruelling cycle ride from John O'Groats to Lands End. Thanks also to everyone DPD where Wayne works and Dannielle and all at the Green Dragon.
