Sponsored Walk

Ava and Lily have done their sponsored walk today around Rother Valley Coutry Park.
They had a great time and enjoyed their day out.

SLS Exercise Classes

Thanks to Sarah of SLS Exercise Classes who is going to organising an exercise class at Rotherham Leisure Centre.

This will probably be a Zumba class the latest and biggest thing in classes. Date TBC.

We would like to thank Carrie at Pinx Beauty Salon in Whiston, she is allowing Kathy to use the treatment room free of charge and to Kathy for donating a Swedish massage for free.

We will be auctioning off this massage at our race night on the 30th July at The Manor Barn in Kimberworth.

Thanks to The Droppingwell

A big thankyou to all the staff and customers at The Droppingwell pub in Kimberworth.

They have been running a raffle to help Oscar.
The raffle has been drawn today and the winners are:

  • 1st Prize of a bottle of Drambuie won by Linda S
  • 2nd prize of  a bottle of mint chocolate liquer won by Olly
  • 3rd prize was a bottle of red wine won by Alfie
  • 4th prize was a £10 voucher for The Droppingwell

Vie at Home Party

Carol at the Waggon and Horse Oxspring will be holding a Vie at Home (formerly Virgin Vie) party in the Rafters  function bar on the 24th June starting at 7pm.

Daddy's going to jump out of a plane !!!!

Oscar's Daddy and his Uncle Warren will each be doing a tandem skydive at Hibaldstow Airfield.
The jump is booked for the 23rd July 2011.

Wentworth Craft Fair Spring Bank Holiday

We will be having a stall at the Wentworth Spring Craft Fair on Sunday 29th May and the bank holiday Monday 30th May.

We will be having a tombola with some excellent prizes along with a lucky dip for the kids.

Manor Barn Ladies

We would like to thank the ladies section at the Manor Barn in Kimberworth who held a collection for Oscar and raised £31 to help our cause.

Also Dorothy, Ron, Val and Joan at St Johns Church Kimberworth Park for donating their proceeds from their coffee morning to Oscar.
